terms of service

By commissioning me, you have read and understood the terms of service.

general

‣ Commission requests can be made through Mail, Instagram, Twitter, or Discord.
• ⚠ You may not claim my work as your own.
• ⚠ I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
• ⚠Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission is not tolerated
• I work according to my own pace, please do not rush me.‣ Please include visual references (pose, color, details etc). Note that written descriptions will be rejected as well as AI generated references.
‣ Type of commission (fullbody, halfbody etc. )
‣ commercial use (yes/no)

payment

• Prices are in USD and payment via PayPal.
• All listed price are for personal commissions only.
• Full payment is done prior to starting commission
• Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.
• There will be no refunds once you have transferred the payment
• commercial commissions 2x final price

process

• You will receive WIPs in the sketch and color phase of the commission, with limited revisions.
• You are allowed up to 3 minor changes during the sketch phase.
• Major revisions/additional changes will be charged
• Mistakes on my part will be fixed free of charge, but will not apply if the references sent were unclear
• Usually take from 2 weeks ~ 2 months to finish a commission
• You can always check my trello to track your commission.
• The final piece will be delivered via google drive link so you can download it

final artwork use

• I, as the artist, hold all the copyright of my artwork.
• The finished drawing will be posted in my gallery as part of my portfolio.
• If you wish to upload the final piece, do so in a lower resolution with proper credits to me as the artist
• You are not authorized to change, modify, edit my work without my permission.
• You are not allowed to trace my work in any way, or use it as a "base".
